Track My Order
Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email to see exactly where your order is.
Where do I find my tracking number?
We email it to you as soon as your order ships, usually within 1–3 business days of ordering. Look for an email from Revela with the subject "Your order is on the way". Check your spam or promotions folder too.
How long will it take?
Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating after you get your email.
My tracking isn't updating
Parcels sometimes go quiet for a few days while they move between carriers. That's normal. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of shipping, email us and we'll sort it out.
It says delivered, but I don't have it
Check with neighbours, around your property and with your local post office, and give it 48 hours. Carriers sometimes mark parcels delivered early. Still nothing? Email us within 7 days and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
